Bugs are reported using one of two channels:

The bug-reporting Slack channel found here
- All full-time Prep Network employees have access to this channel
The external bug report form found here
- This form is primarily used by Prep Network scouts
- Once the form is submitted, a new task is auto-created in the Dev-Bugs Asana project found here
  - External bug tasks are claimed by a developer and moved from the bug board to the sprint board for tracking purposes
